SHIPPING

All items purchased through our online store are processed & sent out within 1-2 business days. Domestic orders are shipped with Australia Post Express Post services with a flat rate fee of $15.

Please note, we don't post over weekends or public holidays.

For Domestic Orders please allow 2-3 business days* to receive your item, upon receiving confirmation of shipment and tracking information.

For International Orders, this may vary but please allow up to 5 business days* to receive your item, upon receiving confirmation of shipment.

*These timeframes are based on estimated timeframes given by Australia Post. During busier times like Christmas and other holidays, order delivery timeframes are expected to be extended, as advised by Australia Post.

RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange or a credit either online or in-store, subject to the conditions below:

  • Your full-priced item(s) can be returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase, provided they are unused and in their original condition (not worn, no scents), with tags still attached.
  • Items purchased with store credit can be returned for store credit only, including full-priced items.
  • Please note that, in the absence of any fault, returns are not available for any underwear or earrings due to hygiene reasons.
  • When returning items to our online store you are responsible for the cost of the return.
  • Please note that store credit expires twelve (12) months from the date of issue and any credit remaining at the time of expiry will no longer be available to use. Orders using store credit as a means of payment can only be refunded as store credit.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange for another item, we will issue you with a credit note, either online or in-store, upon receiving the returning item.
If you wish to exchange your full-priced item for a different size of the same product, please contact us prior to returning to ensure we have it available.

SALE STOCK

We do not offer returns or exchanges on Sale stock.

GIFT CARDS

VALIDITY PERIOD

All Gift Cards are valid from 3 years from date of purchase and can be used both in store and online.

RETURNING ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A GIFT CARD

If you choose to return any items purchased with a gift card, your refund method will be a gift card worth the value of item returned at time of purchase.
